-Verb (in-spire)

1.  To encourage somebody to greater effort, enthusiasm, or creativity
2. To awaken a particular feeling in somebody
 {Latin-inspirare "to breathe"}

       There are times in life where it seems that the world itself has turned against us. It is during those times that we can feel anxious, alone, depressed, confused, or even as if we can't catch our breath. Everyone goes through these difficult transitions, but the ones who seek help are often the individuals who conquer their obstacles the quickest. These individuals allow themselves to be inspired to overcome whatever is holding them back, they allow themselves to be filled with hope, and they allow themselves  to simply breathe.

       Thank you for taking the time to look at my website while considering your options for a counselor. I take a very interactive approach to counseling. I love to inspire, motivate, and to help others work through whatever struggles they are dealing with. Please take a look around the site and feel free to contact me with any questions!
